The grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness and gently crushed. They then undergo soft pressing to extract the highest quality juice without drawing out unwanted tannins or bitterness. This careful process preserves the fresh, fruity aromas that are essential for our Pinot Grigio.

The juice undergoes fermentation for 15-20 days at a controlled temperature of 15-17°C in stainless steel tanks. Afterward, the wine is stored at 18-20°C in stainless steel tanks until bottling, ensuring optimal flavor and freshness.
