The grapes were harvested in the second week of May, marking the final variety to enter the cellar for winemaking. This late harvest allows the grapes to reach peak ripeness, ensuring optimal flavor and quality in the resulting wine.
The grapes were carefully transported to the cellar, where they underwent selection, destemming, and crushing. Following this, the fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks over a period of 15 to 20 days, with the temperature controlled between 25º to 28º C to ensure optimal results. After fermentation, the wine was meticulously racked into French and American oak barrels, where it aged for 6 months, developing its rich flavors and complex character.
